We are planning and progress control by three steps :
- Firstly, we plan the documents which need to be produced and compare planned dates with actual progress, on-screen,
- Secondly, we monitor the documents being taken into the design (stage) and keep on top of progress using automatic email notifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Finally, progress is rolled up to work package, interface, or project level and can be passed on to your planning system.
